Description

So I figured it was finally time to add some villains to the Deviant Universe. So here is my first Character, Hard Hitter. I'm purposely being vague in the History section as there's a whole lot that I want to reveal in some of the last chapters of Wireless. Be patient and it should come =D

Always nice to see new villains enter the DU (we're in short supply compared to the heroes). I wonder who "The Boss" is?
