Viridian City Trainer House Basement

The basement of the Trainer house was actually surprisingly fun to build and I think turned out decently well. The colour schemes match the video game fairly well and I was pretty happy that even the red and pink outline ended up matching the game's pattern. I decided to go an extra few blocks deep so I could get the pattern on the wall to match the game's walls as well as allowing me to use redstone lamps by adding an extra layer of redstone blocks. Though I wasn't against making the basement bigger than the building I managed surprisingly well with the generic eyeballed space I had given myself

Despite being secretly surrounded by several open cave systems I find this underground arena makes a pretty decent location to test out your pokehandling skills before visiting the local gym. If I could make one change it's that I wish I could have fit a pokehealer down here as well. Not too much of a problem however as the pokemon center is just across the road
